Getting the best from our organic milk, this cheese selection is the ideal cheese board starter sure to satisfy any dairy lover. We will pack in as much cheese as we can (approximately 1kg) into our selection box from our range of Organic handmade cheeses:
Binsey Red- our red Leicester style cheese; young and nutty with a long lasting flavour!
Trusmadoor- Crumbly, creamy and fresh with a nice tang which lingers!

Did you know? Our organic milk changes with the seasons as it depends on which pasture our lovely cows graze the day before. This means that each handmade cheese is unique, with a slightly varied background taste and texture depending which batch is ready.
