Torpenhow blue

Torpenhow Blue cheese is handmade on the farm using the fresh organic milk produced that day.  It has a creamy texture and a full flavour subtly balancing the sharpness of the Roquefort with the mellow flavour of the white body.  Torpenhow Blue is made in small batches, turned and pierced in a traditional method for 4 to 8 weeks producing a memorable tangy flavoured blue cheese.
