Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without a cheeseboard (or two) and this organic festive cheese selection is the simple way to create an effortlessly impressive spread, or if you’re feeling generous, purchase for the cheese lover in your life.

This delicious festive cheese selection features a Three Star Great Taste award-winner – the ever-popular Darling Howe Organic Brie – alongside a creamy Park House Cheddar and the nutty notes of Binsey Red.

CONTENTS

DARLING HOWE. Our handmade wonderfully soft and creamy British brie. The pristine white rind give way to reveal a delicately flavoured, deliciously buttery soft cheese with subtle flavours that linger in the mouth. A recent winner of a rare Three Stars at the 2023 Great Taste Awards. A great addition to any cheeseboard or for spreading on warm crusty bread.

BINSEY RED. Firm and nutty, Binsey Red is named after the northernmost Wainwright Lakeland Fell and just a few miles from our farm. Binsey Red is our Red Leicester-style cheese; a relatively young cheese but is certainly packed with plenty of flavour and will hold its own when paired with stronger flavours such as chutneys and pickles.

PARK HOUSE CHEDDAR. A Bronze medal winner at the World Cheese Awards 2023, Park House Cheddar is made using the fresh organic milk of Friesian Jersey Cows and aged for six months for a creamy, rich character balanced with a perfect degree of sharpness. The perfect addition to any cheeseboard or used to create a luxurious Welsh rarebit sat by the fire after a winter walk.
