A white moulded pasteurised cheese. Produced using free range organic milk from our jersey freisian cows. Typically in 200g to 250g rounds this cheese highlights the creamy flavours of the milk and the technical brilliance of Tom, the Head Cheesemaker at Appleby Creamery.
