We hand churn our Organic Cumbrian Butter; of course, it’s a time-consuming activity but one which we feel is well worth the effort.
Our butter is a very simple product and requires just two ingredients – fresh organic cream from our lovely Friesian-Jersey cows and just a touch of salt.
The result is a wonderfully creamy organic butter which is beautiful on a fresh piece of bread, a warm home-baked scone, and an absolute treat on your morning toast.
