New Arrivals

As part of our rewilding and going back-to-nature, we believe in giving our cows the most natural and wonderful time we can. This means that we are seasonal cheese makers, giving those girls a break at calving time as we replant the meadows, rest recuperate and refresh. From December, they snuggle up in the sheds till calving time in February.
