At the Cumbria Food Awards 2023 which recognises and celebrates the best of independent Cumbrian food and drink, Torpenhow Farmhouse Dairy have won Food Producer of the Year.
Like many other dairy and livestock farmers, no sooner have the festive celebrations ended then we are busy getting ready for the arrival of the spring calves.
After a truly memorable summer which has seen a whole host of awards bestowed upon our cheeses, there was room for just one more before the end of the year and this one was the biggest of them all – the World Cheese Awards.
